In preparation to our reopening, we have put together some important information regarding our new protocols to service our salon & spa

guest safely.

As we prepare to continue to service our community safely and efficiently, their are new rules that we need to follow based on the updated conditions given to us by NH and the State Board mandated requirements for us to service the public. We are prepared with the appropriate PPE products, medical grade EPA approved cleaning agents, hand sanitizers and extra capes, aprons and disposables for all of our safety. We will be reaching out to guest already scheduled from March 16th and rescheduling those appointments for massage and nail services moving forward. Facial services are not permitted at this time. If you do not currently have a prebooked appointment, you can contact us through   e-mail: info@themetrospa.com or through our Facebook messenger @themetrospa, for times and availability. Thank you for your patience while we work to accommodate your appointments and make adjustments before reopening our nail and massage department.

As to the New Hampshire State Guidelines:

 Services shall be extented to all hair services as long as the appointment time does not exceed 1 hour. This does not include the time your service provider is not present with you directly during your service time.  Reception areas are  closed and by appointment only.  No more guest to the amount of providers are allowed. No reception area is allowed and we must ask you to please come alone with no accompaniment.  Guest must wait in their car until called in by the stylist. Services need to be paid electronically. Guest will have to answer a questionnaire for a screening check list along with team members before each shift.

What To Expect On Arrival:

We are asking guest to style hair with minimal product prior to appointment.

Services are by appointment only and must have credit card on file which is protected in our private software program ( like any hotel business would do to reserve your  room)  and will not be charged until end of service.  We are not taking cash  or checks at this time.

We ask that you wait in your car until your service provider greets you outside. Due to mandates, we are allowed limited amount of guest and team members-please come to your appointment alone as we strive to get your services done in a timely fashion.  Prior to entering the building, we ask that you put your car keys into either your coat pocket or purse and leaving them there the entire time of stay. Hand sanitizer will be given for your hands and cell phone, along with a surgical mask that must be worn during the entire time in the salon/spa. Guest will be directed  to our sanitation station area upon arrival to wash hands upon entering the salon/spa working area.

As much as it’s hard to not hug or shake hands with one another, we will be giving you “happy jazz hand shakes” to show our excitement to finally see your faces!

We have added the use of personal protective equipment during any face to face contact with our guest. Our team will be frequently sanitizing all areas prior, during and after services.

Our goal is to make you look and feel your best, along with keeping you safe during these challenging times.
