To achieve a soothing, relaxing environment and enhanced Spa experience at The Metrospa, we kindly request our guests to observe our Spa Policies.

FACILITIES & THE TEAM
All of our massage providers, estheticians and cosmetologist are professionally certified. The Metrospa offers 6 treatment rooms which includes a doubles massage suite, 2 lounges, locker room, Hair Color Bar, Nail Lounge, Skin Bar and The Spa Beauty Boutique.
Reservations:
The Metrospa recommends making spa reservations at least 2 weeks in advance to assure desired times. Large Party Reservations will be assigned a complementary Spa Planner to insure the tranquility of flow on your special spa day. To schedule your treatment or planning a special party event, call us at (603) 743-3233.
Cancellations:
Because spa treatments are reserved for you, please notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This will kindly give our dedicated team members time to recover that appointment on schedule for another spa or salon guest. Cancellations or no-shows before 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will require pre-payment of services for future appointment reservations.
CHILD POLICY
Hair Studio & Nail Lounge:
The Metrospa Hair & Nail Studio provides services for children 9 and older. Due to the nature of our business, the respect to provider concentration and other paying guest, please find alternate arrangements for childcare when making reservation times with us. The Metrospa is not a place for young children and cannot guarantee their safety with the exposure of chemicals, hot and sharp tools.
Day Spa:
The Spa is for adults only. No children under 13 are allowed. Cell phones are not permitted in the Spa.
CHECK IN
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. First time guest at The Metrospa will receive welcome intake forms to fill out to insure important information is gathered for our therapist and technicians regarding any health conditions, limitations, allergies to medications or fruits, physical ailments, medications you are currently taking, or special pregnancy accommodations
Late arrivals:
The Metrospa will do our best to still render scheduled service(s). Service may be adjusted with an alternate provider that can accommodate the time allowance or will result in a shortened service to keep our team member and following guest appointment times on schedule.
What to Wear:
Services would be more convenient if you are free of restrictive clothes and jewelry. During all private room treatments, your body will be fully draped, except for the area being worked on. The Metrospa provides a designated locker, a robe and slippers for multiple spa services for the day. Please leave your valuable items at home when doing your treatment. We regret, but we will not be responsible for loss or damage of personal items.

If you are scheduled for a facial, we encourage you to come in with no makeup. Please let us know if you are wearing contact lenses or using skin medications before doing your treatment

If you are scheduled for a Body Treatment and have concerns of modesty, please wear a two piece bathing suit, otherwise you will be draped with a towel during the procedure

If you are uncomfortable with your treatment for any reason such as room temperature, depth of massage, music volume, please let your provider know during the treatment.
PAYMENTS
We accept cash, local personal checks, most major credit cards and The Metrospa Gift Cards. There is a $50 fee for returned checks. Cash or credit card can only be accepted for future payments after first returned check.
Gift Cards:
Gift Cards from The Metrospa are always welcome and can be used towards your treatment. They will be honored for spa services, products or boutique purchases. Your Metrospa Gift Card should be presented at check out, otherwise you will responsible for any charges incurred during your visit to the Spa. Gift Cards are available for purchase at the front desk & for your convenience, can also be purchased on our website www.themetrospa.com. Gratuities from gift cards is not permitted or redeemable for cash.
Gratuities:
Gratuities are not included in the treatment price, but are always appreciated for outstanding service by our team. Special envelopes are available at the Spa Reception Desk for cash gratuities. The standard gratuity is 15% - 20% of the cost of service provided. Gratuities can be added to credit cards at checkout with service, gift card or product purchases only.
